These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Pashumitra Enterprises, doing business as Pashumitra ("Pashumitra", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.pashumitra.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). We are registered in India and have our registered office at Nashik, Maharashtra, 422009.
The Site provides an online marketplace for the following goods, products, and/or services: We are giving a digital platform to pet owners to sell their pets and farmers to sell their products (the "Marketplace Offerings"). By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, the User Agreement, and the Service Agreement posted on the Site. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE OR THE MARKETPLACE OFFERINGS AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Unless otherwise indicated, all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content"), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks"), are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the Content or Marks for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit is true and accurate; (2) you are at least 18 years old; (3) you will not use the Site for any illegal purpose; and (4) your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws.
You may need to register an account to use certain Marketplace Offerings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of our terms.
Refund Policy: In case of a payment transaction failure, we will initiate a refund to the user’s bank account within 7 business days.
Cancellation Policy: There is currently no standard cancellation policy. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Users may contact customer support for assistance.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: uploading malicious code, impersonating users, infringing on intellectual property, or using the Site for illegal or unauthorized activities. Violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
By submitting content ("Contributions"), you confirm you own or have permission to use it. You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your Contributions as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our mobile app for personal use only. You must not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app without authorization.
You may link your Pashumitra account with third-party social media accounts. By doing so, you grant us permission to access certain public information from those platforms in accordance with their policies.
We reserve the right to monitor activity on the Site, restrict access, or remove content at our discretion to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms of Use or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any Marketplace Offering at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration seated in Nashik, India, conducted in Marathi under Indian law.
The Site and Marketplace Offerings are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or product on the Site.
In no event shall Pashumitra Enterprises, its employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pashumitra Enterprises, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or demands arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
